Description
Height: 6.5″ from soil line
Trunk Diameter: 1.25″ at widest point
Nebari: 2″
Pot: interesting green glazed oval
This is a perfect shohin sized tree. I have done lots of work to it in the last couple years to get it to look this good. Wiring can sometimes be a difficult task on these elms, so I prefer the clip-and-grow method, which has produced perfect branching for some incredible foliage pads. The tree is starting to leaf out already, and will look great in a few weeks. This little elm has nice movement, perfect proportions, and very miniature leaves similar to a seiju. It is potted in all Akadama, with very minimal rootwork done this year. Should be a good one!

NEWS!!!
Lots of things happening!!! It is the beginning of re-pot season here in CA, and I am working on lots of flowering trees, miniature hostas, trident maples, dawn redwood forests, and much more. Coming up will also be some handmade pottery from artists like Jim Barrett, Wayne Reynolds, Jim Gremel… and me! I am also currently learning how to mount Japanese style scrolls, and am working with a very talented watercolor artist to produce some incredible scrolls specially designed with bonsai display in mind. My previous profession was woodworking, so soon you will get a chance to own some of my original bonsai stands, and I will be producing some high-quality Jiita (display slabs) from all kinds of burl. Should be an awesome year!

I sell these trees to both promote the artform, and to support my addicting and often expensive hobby. PAYMENT: I accept all forms of payment. All items will be paid for via Paypal, or notified of payment within 2 days of the end of the auction.
SHIPPING: Shipping is estimated for USPS Priority mail 2-3 day delivery. All items will be shipped out the following Tuesday after payment to ensure the least amount of time the tree has to be in a box. I do not charge for packing materials or labor.
RETURNS: Please contact me regarding any returns. I will only accept returns if the tree is damaged or dies. I am not anticipating either of these circumstances, as my trees are healthy, and packaged with extreme care.
